Area Sales Manager - Carlisle (however most areas of the UK are available) £14K Basic + Open Ended Commission

Marr and Macgregor are a well established family run company, we have been supplying farmers for over 20 years with a wide range of Feed Supplements factory to farm throughout the UK. We are well recognised in the Agricultural industry for our expert advice, high quality products and our dedication to customer service.

As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Covering the Carlisle territory
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships with a long term repeat business approach
  • Introducing our products direct to farmers and discussing the benefits they offer
  • Attending local Agricultural events and promotional days

The ideal applicant will have proven sales experience gained in the Agricultural industry and be comfortable dealing with farmers.

We are willing to consider applicants with no sales experience if they can demonstrate a good knowledge of livestock / dairy farming and possess the business acumen and drive to be successful in a sales environment.

You must be an excellent relationship developer with the communication skills and motivation to deliver sales targets.

All applicants must have a high work rate and be dedicated to developing a long-term career within the company.
